Dear Parents/ Guardians,

Halloween activities will be taking place on Wednesday, October 31st. Owyhee Elementary will be having our Costume Parade starting at 2 pm. Please send your child to school with his/her costume in a bag or backpack. No blood, gore, face paint, knives, guns, or anything else that may be deemed as inappropriate dress. Please do not send face paint, weapons, or scary costumes. Masks may be worn for the parade ONLY.
