Welcome Letter

Welcome to Owyhee Elementary, the home of the Diamondbacks! 
 
We are a K-5 elementary school, where we work collaboratively to meet the academic and social needs of all of our students. We see the potential in every student, and we aim to create a learning environment that will prepare our students to become lifelong learners and contributing citizens. 

Here at Owyhee, we are passionate about meeting students where they are and helping them achieve success in a variety of measures. We aim to challenge the thinking of our students, encourage compassion and respectfulness, and expand our horizons beyond school walls and into the community. 
 
We encourage our parents to visit our school, and to see for themselves how wonderful their child's school is. We would love to have more volunteers helping in the classrooms and assisting our talented and caring teachers.
